Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship within New Zealand using Aramax Couriers. At this stage we are unable to offer international shipping by default, however, we are happy to ship overseas and will quote for shipping upon enquiry via our contact us page.

Orders are processed when credit card authorisation, bank deposit or an alternative agreed payment method has cleared. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days after you have received notification of shipment via email (Monday to Friday, not including weekends & holidays). If you just cannot wait that long please contact us to discuss overnight delivery, but please be aware that it will cost more for shipping.

Subject to the above, we will use our best endeavours to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. When your order is dispatched you will receive confirmation via email.

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 within New Zealand for standard shipping and $7.00 for rural shipping, subject to some exceptions as below.

Shipping will be free within New Zealand on orders over $60.00.

Deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d'Urville Island) will incur additional costs (which we will arrange with you).

Please note: If payment method is by bank transfer the item(s) will be shipped directly after the deposit has cleared.
